The role is responsible for managing partnership relationships through established partner management processes, supporting improved program outcomes, and promoting a holistic child development approach.
Mobilizes internal and external resources to help partners achieve sustainable impact and contributes to continuous improvement of partnership effectiveness.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Social Sciences, Christian Ministry, Management or related field
At least three years of experience in community development, partnership management, or relevant field
Prior experience working in West Kutai, East Kalimantan or other remote settings
Willingness to relocate with family
Bilingual with advanced proficiency in Business English (speaking and writing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and internet applications
Skilled in program cycle management (WASH, Education, Livelihood, grant management)
