Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, program operations, strategy & operations, people analytics, or learning analytics roles
  • Experience creating and owning reporting, dashboards, surveys, or measurement systems

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Sound judgment around data integrity and context
  • Comfort partnering cross-functionally
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience designing and administering surveys
