Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related field
8–12 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, audit, or control advisory roles
Proven expertise in control design, remediation, and automation
Strong understanding of control frameworks (e.g. COSO, SOX, COBIT)
Experience in process mapping, risk assessment, and implementing technology-enabled controls
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
