  • The Senior Director of Human Resources, EHS and Facilities will establish, direct, and lead the Human Resource function at an operational facility with over 900 employees, acting as an integral member of the Site Management Team.
  • This role is responsible for the successful alignment of HR & Workplace Function deliverables at the site, ensuring site, region, and enterprise-level objectives are met through constant coordination with leadership interfaces.
