The person in this position is primarily responsible for maintaining Light & Wonder products and equipment at customer locations.
They will perform scheduled periodic maintenance and respond to assigned customer service calls while assisting with installation, programming, and troubleshooting under supervision.
The role requires working flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and being on call with travel on short notice.
