Key Requirements

  • MS/M-Tech with 10 years experience or PhD with 6 years experience
  • Standard cell library P&R validation experience
  • Experience with deep Submicron, FinFET and SOI process nodes
  • Basic understanding of Standard Cell Layout Design
  • Basic understanding of fabrication steps
