ADP is seeking a Director of Global Sanctions & Export Controls to enhance and maintain its compliance program within the Global Financial Crimes Compliance function. The role requires extensive expertise in sanctions and export control regulations, particularly in financial services, fintech, and SaaS environments

Job Summary

  • Oversee ADP’s global sanctions and export controls compliance program and provide subject matter expertise on global sanctions requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry practices.
  • Partner with internal legal stakeholders and external counsel, and act as a liaison with regulators and internal audit regarding sanctions matters.
  • Develop and oversee enterprise-wide general training and targeted trainings, including identifying training needs and opportunities.
