The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and end-of-life care while maintaining a warm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of PCC documentation systems
Strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality
Nice-to-have
Experience with restorative procedures
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff
