Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5–8 years hands-on experience in Capillary Electrophoresis
  • Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences or Analytical Chemistry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with method development and optimization
  • Ability to conduct on-site and virtual customer trainings

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to HPLC/UPLC or Mass Spectrometry
  • Previous experience in pharma/biopharma analytical laboratories
  • Familiarity with regulated GxP environments
  • Proven experience teaching separations sciences equipment
  • SCIEX instrument experience

Key Requirements

  • M.Sc./M.Tech. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • 5–8 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • 60% travel requirement within India
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
