Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years accounting or FP&A experience
  • Strong analytical mindset for operational accounting
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana or Oracle ERP systems
  • Ability to prepare monthly financial reports and P&L analysis
  • Proficiency in data extraction using filters, pivots, and lookups

Nice-to-have

  • Business Intelligence (BI) reporting experience
  • CPA accounting designation preferred
  • Experience with bonus calculations and sales target setting
  • Strong relationship building and influence skills
  • Passion for continuous improvement processes

Key Requirements

  • Business Degree or CPA designation
  • 7+ years work experience in accounting/FP&A
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
