Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years in data engineering or architecture
Experience building distributed data systems
Proficiency in Python and SQL programming
Public cloud provider experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Expertise in Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or ML frameworks
Nice-to-have
Databricks Certification preferred
Degree in quantitative discipline
Open-source community contribution experience
Non-linear career path acceptance
Strong communication and leadership skills
