  • This position is a combination of hands-on management of Parts, Materials, and Processes activities and technical program issues.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of Components and Product Support engineers within a matrixed functional organization.

Base: $139,800.00 - $209,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Health insurance, savings plan, PTO

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM + 8 years experience
  • Master’s Degree in STEM + 6 years experience
  • Minimum 8+ years in M&P environment
  • Minimum 1 year leading a project
  • 2 years experience in PM&P or EEE/EEEE components

Must have Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
