Job Summary

• The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest.
• Responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, providing a clean shopping environment, and growing guest loyalty.
• Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months retail management experience preferred
• 2 years retail sales/guest service experience preferred
