  • This role manages a team of Directors and Associate Directors to drive common access and sales goals for the US business and acts as a senior thought partner to executive leadership across multiple functions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 9 years pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience
  • Experience in at least two areas: Channel Strategy, Finance, Pricing, Market Access
  • Thorough knowledge of US healthcare economics and pharmaceutical demand drivers
  • Extensive healthcare contracting experience including PBM and Medicare
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
