Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care, and accurately document care provided.
Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations while ensuring resident rooms are clean, organized, and ready for admissions or transfers.
