Forecast accuracy improvement
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing
S&OP/SIOP process participation
Planning systems data integrity
Nice-to-have
Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro
Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods
Proficiency in SQL or data querying tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Key Requirements
3–4 years demand planning experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with forecasting tools or ERP systems
Full-time US work authorization without sponsorship
