Job Summary

  • Deliver high-quality accounting services for Pernod Ricard Belgium, Pernod Ricard Nederland, and six Dutch holding entities, overseeing general ledger, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation.
  • Actively contribute to the accounting transformation roadmap by working on the implementation of a new ERP system and driving process improvements and harmonization across entities.
  • Directly manage and lead a team of six people, coaching and supporting them to develop skills and ensure business continuity.

  • Experience with tax, compliance, and internal control frameworks
  • Experience with cash and treasury management
  • Experience with financial reporting and statutory accounts
  • Proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing a team
