Job Summary
Ensuring all technical services are maintained operational during your shift duty, taking charge of entire technical assets in the building and managing the engineering team.
Your key deliverables will be to manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services at the site with the help of a technician team and prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure good customer experience and taking customer feedback after every service request/complaint.
