Mesquite Kia is seeking a Service Advisor to facilitate communication between customers and technicians, ensuring effective service delivery in an automotive setting. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, strong customer service skills, and a basic mechanical understanding of vehicles

Job Summary

  • Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
