Job Summary
Oversees daily operations of the laboratory, including specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and specimen processing under the direction of the Laboratory Customer Services Manager.
Responsible for the technical quality of all work, remedial training, and communication of staff performing tasks in these areas.
Manages administrative duties such as policy writing, new staff training, competency documentation, record keeping, Quality Control monitoring, and personnel evaluations.
