Job Summary

  • Oversees daily operations of the laboratory, including specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and specimen processing under the direction of the Laboratory Customer Services Manager.
  • Responsible for the technical quality of all work, remedial training, and communication of staff performing tasks in these areas.
  • Manages administrative duties such as policy writing, new staff training, competency documentation, record keeping, Quality Control monitoring, and personnel evaluations.
