Ensures work-from-office and work-from-home hybrid policies are adhered to, including connectivity stability and staff performance.

Key Requirements
Minimum university bachelor’s degree in a technical area
Minimum of 5 years’ related work experience
Minimum of one year under RBS program
Proficiency on all MS Office tools
Proficiency on at least one Affiliate LIMS or operations software system
Demonstrated aptitude to manage a team of over 20 people
