Job Summary
Lead the site MSAT function, overseeing all aspects of product lifecycle management with a focus on performance, delivery, capabilities, and talent development to achieve business objectives.
Provide technical leadership for rapid resolution of supply and product performance issues using root cause analysis tools and appropriate CAPA, and escalate key technical issues to the broader GSC technical community.
Drive key process improvement/optimization projects contributing to site KPIs such as Cost of Goods, Process Robustness, Cost of Poor Quality, Yield, BNRFT, and waste.
