Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
  • Minimum 3 years as Restaurant General Manager or Director of F&B
  • Level 1 or higher Court of Master Sommelier certification
  • Experience with Aloha/Avero, Infogenisis, OpenTable systems
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications
