Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences that support organizational goals in its Surrey, Canada facility. Job Summary

  • The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving engaging and effective learning experiences that support organizational goals and drive measurable performance outcomes across our operations.
  • Working in close partnership with subject matter experts (SMEs), Production, Engineering, Quality, and operational leadership, the Instructional Designer translates complex technical and operational content into high-quality learning solutions.
  • The position is a fully onsite role in our Surrey, British Columbia facilities; but may require up to 10% travel to IEM facilities and occasional international travel to the United States.
