Must-have
Analog/RF/microwave design background
Complete front-back analog IC design flow
Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre simulator experience
IC layout experience with DRC/LVS verification
Strong written and verbal English communication
Nice-to-have
RFIC and package design knowledge
Cadence Microwave Office (AWR) proficiency
EMX/EMXDesigner tool experience
PDK development or CAD experience
Passion for teaching and mentoring customers
