Job Summary
The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) is responsible for providing planned, patient‑oriented, goal‑directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards of care.
Key responsibilities include implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of care/service plans, providing direct resident care and medication/treatment administration, and teaching, delegating to, and directing unregulated care providers.

Key Requirements
Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Current (within 6 months) Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS)
Experience working in a seniors’ environment preferred
Education and experience in gerontology, rehabilitation, community/complex/long‑term care an asset
