Job Summary
The Community Manager will connect with our fans on Social and is responsible for answering customer questions, helping educate across our skin assortment and celebrating their skin journey.
This role will manage Social inbounds, lead proactive engagement opportunities, track feedback and identify ways to celebrate our customers both on and offline, laddering up to the broader Community strategy.
This role will play a key role in increasing e.l.f.’s social media presence and gaining visibility for the brand among beauty lovers.
