  • The Community Manager will connect with our fans on Social and is responsible for answering customer questions, helping educate across our skin assortment and celebrating their skin journey.
  • This role will manage Social inbounds, lead proactive engagement opportunities, track feedback and identify ways to celebrate our customers both on and offline, laddering up to the broader Community strategy.
  • This role will play a key role in increasing e.l.f.’s social media presence and gaining visibility for the brand among beauty lovers.
