Candidates must possess a valid U.S. Coast Guard Oiler Certificate and relevant experience, with a focus on safety and maintenance
Job Summary
Employees perform duties in accordance with specific instructions received from the ferry chief engineer and are responsible for the operation, maintenance and inspection of all engines and auxiliary equipment while the vessel is underway.
Employees are responsible for following all safety and Homeland Security rules and regulations.
This position will work shift work - 7 days on and 7 days off.
