Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in public health or medicine
Minimum three years job-related experience
Understanding of Indonesia primary health care system
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent oral and written Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting PHC systems strengthening
Fluency in English language
Comfortable with field-oriented team approach
Solid interpersonal and verbal communication skills
