Job Summary

  • The lululemon enterprise transformation (ET) team exists to make sure lululemon’s strategy comes to life, focusing on operating model and process transformation, enterprise investment planning, and cross-functional program delivery.
  • The Senior Manager, ET will partner with senior leaders to deliver lululemon’s growth and transformation agenda, initially focusing on Digital organization transformation for approximately 2 years.
  • This role offers access to exciting projects typically delivered by external consulting firms, with the benefit of relationships, visibility, time, and flexibility to see transformation through.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, or related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, implementing corporate strategies and/or large-scale operating model transformation programs
  • People leadership experience (direct and project reporting)
