Must-have
7+ years progressive payroll experience
Workday Payroll and HCM proficiency
Multi-state and multi-country payroll operations
Federal state and local tax law knowledge
Third-party vendor management experience
Nice-to-have
Canada or Mexico payroll exposure preferred
Experience with global payroll implementations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
CPP PCP or CPM certification preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel pivot table skills
Key Requirements
