Job Summary
The Readiness Institute Summer Discovery program is a five-week experience designed to prepare rising high school seniors for community and future readiness.
Junior instructors will guide and support a cohort of 20 learners from diverse backgrounds as they engage in workshops and visit local organizations.
Participants will develop personalized roadmaps for success while building relationships and completing project sprints to solve real-world problems.
