  • The Home Infusion Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality, in-home infusion therapy to patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, pharmacists, and case managers, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on infusion procedures, medication administration, and how to manage potential side effects.

Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Associates degree required, BSN degree preferred
  • 2 years of job-related experience
  • Valid KY RN license
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Valid driver's license
  • Infusion Nursing Certification (CRNI) is a plus
  • Experience with central lines, PICC lines, ports and peripheral IVs preferred
