Job Summary
The Program Specialist Trainee assists the Area Supervisor and Direct Support Professionals to enhance and promote the independence of the individuals supported.
The Program Specialist Trainee works closely with the Behavioral Health Professional who will provide direction and support in the development and implementation of individual assessments, individual support plans and other associated plans of care, including behavioral support.
