This role involves leading a team of approximately 30+ lifeguards, enforcing rules, and maintaining high safety standards across all aquatic facilities.
The position requires performing critical rescue skills including swimming 200 yards, treading water for two minutes, and retrieving weights from the pool bottom.

Key Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Current Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification preferred
Working towards High School Diploma or GED preferred
Two years of aquatics operation experience preferred
