Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current regulations.
  • You will participate in developing written policies, managing staff assignments, and coordinating with physicians and families to create comprehensive resident care plans.
  • This role requires maintaining a safe environment, conducting daily rounds, and ensuring all personnel comply with established nursing service procedures and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in state
  • Nursing degree from accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge of PCC software preferred
