Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Engineering discipline
8-10 years configuration management experience
Proven people management and team leadership
Deep understanding of BOM structures
Experience with configuration automation tools
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting ALD or CVD platforms
Product management experience
Strategic thinking with execution discipline
Systems-level mindset
Comfortable in matrixed environment
