This role is accountable for defining the enterprise ITSCM strategy to ensure critical IT services are resilient and recoverable from major disruptive events.
The incumbent will lead the identification of critical services, translate Business Impact Analysis outputs into recovery requirements, and maintain an enterprise view of dependencies.
Success in this position requires establishing a structured testing program including technical recovery tests and scenario-based crisis simulations across global markets.

Key Requirements
12-18+ years experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure
Experience leading IT Service Continuity in Fortune 500 environments
Solid understanding of ITIL, Disaster Recovery, and Cloud resilience patterns
Preferred certifications: ITIL Intermediate/Expert, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CBCP
Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud resilience patterns
