Job Summary

  • This role is accountable for defining the enterprise ITSCM strategy to ensure critical IT services are resilient and recoverable from major disruptive events.
  • The incumbent will lead the identification of critical services, translate Business Impact Analysis outputs into recovery requirements, and maintain an enterprise view of dependencies.
  • Success in this position requires establishing a structured testing program including technical recovery tests and scenario-based crisis simulations across global markets.

Key Requirements

  • Solid understanding of ITIL, Disaster Recovery, and Cloud resilience patterns
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL Intermediate/Expert, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CBCP
  • Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud resilience patterns
