As the Operations Manager, you will contribute to Extendicare’s purpose of Helping People Live Better by leading all business and administrative functions in a long‑term care home.
This role is accountable for financial management, payroll and benefits, scheduling and workforce administration, and other key administrative processes, with a strong focus on compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources
3–5 years of business or office operations experience
2–3 years of supervisory or people-leadership experience
Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, scheduling, accounts receivable/payable
Experience working in a unionized environment
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
