Job Summary
This is a full-time temporary/contract position with rigorous training lasting 2-4 months and potential for conversion to a direct TSMC employee based on performance and business needs.
The role involves learning manufacturing and engineering processes, recovering tool conditions, overseeing AMHS device installation and qualification testing, and sustaining device performance in a cleanroom environment.
Candidates must be able to work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom while wearing PPE and demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and alignment with TSMC’s core values of Integrity, Commitment, Innovation, and Customer Trust.

Work in cleanroom environment

Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Ability to work compressed work-week schedule
Ability to wear cleanroom suit for 12-hour shifts
3+ years mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred
Associate of Science degree preferred
Previous AMHS or semiconductor experience preferred
