Job Summary
Lead the performance of the MSL team by setting business objectives and priorities that ensure delivery of the Medical Affairs plans and metrics.
Develop strategy, processes, and capabilities that optimize scientific engagement with external experts and ensure relevant consolidated medical insights are effectively and appropriately shared across the business.
Ensure compliance of the MSL team with GSK standards and policies, and with local codes of practice, guidelines and laws by driving a “can do” culture whereby MSLs use sound medical judgment in their day-to-day activities.
