Job Summary
The Supervisor will oversee a team, typically consisting of 4-7 staff members, on a designated team/focus area, guiding the daily operations of the team.
Leads the team that performs during non-US market hours in a true 'follow the sun' model across multiple geographies, and then provide a status report at local end of day to ensure a clear hand-off and service and operations excellence.
Undertakes diverse developmental functions, including interviewing, conducting performance appraisals, developing planning, and addressing corrective action/termination.
