The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and monitoring vital signs.
Staff members are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding protected health information and report any suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosures immediately.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have

Assist residents with daily living activities
