Job Summary
The Head Coach - Flag Football will oversee the development and implementation of all aspects of the Flag Football program, including student-athlete recruitment, athlete development, and competitive preparation.
This part-time role involves collaborating with assistant coaches (technical specialists) to deliver high-quality coaching, mentor student-athletes, and foster a culture of passion, teamwork, and excellence within the program.
The expected workload is approximately 22 hours per week during the competitive season (Aug-Nov), and 2-4 hours per week in the off-season (Dec-July).
