Base: $187,300 - $235,100 depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonus and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 8+ years business risk management or strategy consulting
  • 5+ years people management experience
  • 5+ years managing VP-level stakeholder relationships
  • 3+ years driving organizational or process transformation
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred
  • Regulatory compliance or Internal Audit experience preferred
  • Process management or risk certification preferred
