  • The Governance and Service Management Global Lead is responsible for managing the Global Business Services (GBS) relationship with the Managed service provider and contract governance.
  • This role leads change order governance, contract updates, and negotiations with MSP leadership, while also coordinating governance structures and managing performance metrics with a dedicated team.
  • The position owns customer relationships with key Caterpillar segment stakeholders and serves as the Finance@work (ServiceNow) Product Owner, leading customer request management and deployments.
