Job Summary
Lead the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream for a global ERP implementation (SAP S/4HANA), defining, governing, and making key decisions across the enterprise.
Ensure global standardization, alignment with SAP best practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements by leading process design workshops and driving adoption of standardized OTC processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and the SI Partner to define and document business requirements, process flows, and system configurations, owning key project deliverables.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
8-12 years in order management, supply chain or operations
3-5 years in a leadership or process ownership role
Familiarity with SAP OTC processes at a business level
Strong communication and change management skills
Strong project management skills
Experience in regulated industries is a plus
Prior ERP transformation or large-scale process improvement project involvement is highly desirable
