Job Summary

• The successful candidate will have experience in delivering locally based projects to a variety of client groups, managing key client accounts and providing a significant contribution to multi-disciplinary teams as well as supporting the management and direction of our national Project Management group.

• MRICS, CIOB or similarly related Project Management qualification
• JCT and NEC contract administration experience
• delivery of project management for new build commercial buildings
• significant refurbishment projects
• leading projects for a variety of clients
• project management for large, complex schemes ranging from £5m to £100m+
• delivering high quality project management services from inception to completion
• managing and developing client relationships
• Microsoft Excel, Project and Outlook
