Mondelēz International is seeking an Associate Counsel to join its Nordic legal team in Upplands-Väsby, Sweden, or Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of legal experience, preferably in commercial law, and will provide strategic legal advice across various business operations

Job Summary

  • Provide business-tailored strategic legal advice in a broad range of commercial activities, including commercial operations and manufacturing facilities.
  • Lead contact with Nordic Marketing teams, advising on marketing initiatives, drafting terms for consumer promotions, and ensuring compliance with law and company policies.
  • Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements, advise on risk management, and support sales teams on customer agreements and competition law issues.
