Must-have
7 years production management experience
AS9100 quality management system knowledge
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Managing hazardous materials in low rate production
Team leadership for 50+ engineering staff
Nice-to-have
Rocket motor systems experience
Active security clearance or ability to obtain
MBA or Master's degree preferred
Experience with ERP/MES capabilities
Background in energetics industry
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
Minimum 7 years in aerospace/defense manufacturing management
